- Drivers license.
- Submit copy of Lease.
- Pay non-refundable $150 rental fee and $50 membership fee.
Purchase/Ownership, with an existing meter at a service address.
The following information is required before service can be activated:
- Signed Water user agreement. (download form)
- Drivers license.
- Submit legal proof of ownership.
- Pay non-refundable $50 membership fee and $50 new account fee.
To avoid a lapse in service, please complete all items prior to your first day of responsibility.
